Due to the ongoing situation surrounding the COVID-19 virus, we are experiencing a large-scale interruption in our regular supply-chain.  A great many of products that we sell are unavailable to ship and the situation is changing hourly. In addition to inventory shortages, we are experiencing delays with packaging and shipping products, as well as transportation delays. 

We have extremely limited or no availability of these product categories:

  • Hand sanitizer
  • Masks, gloves, smocks & gowns
  • Antibacterial items (soap, wipes, sprays, etc.)
  • Most hand soap
  • Toilet paper
  • Disinfectant products
  • Sanitizing wipes
  • Laundry sanitizer
  • Paper towels

Products in these categories are not elligible for return.

Your order is important to us. We are working to ship items as quickly as possible given the circumstances. We hope that we have your understanding when we have to cancel an item or even a whole order. We are working to keep our site up-to-date by removing out of stock items, but inventory levels are highly dynamic right now in ways that we have never experienced.

If we have to cancel your order, we will issue a refund to your credit card immediately. Please understand that once we process your refund, it is up to your bank to credit your account. This can take 5-10 days and is wholly up to your bank to do. We apologize for the inconvenience of it.
